SUMMARY:CPDC Attwood Shield Lecture - EI - Climate change - is it too late to stop Armageddon?
DESCRIPTION:The Annual ‘Professor James Attwood Memorial Lecture’ will be given this year by Ms Joan MacNaughton\, Chair of the Climate Change Group and of the Energy Coalition of Europe \nThe lecture will focus on the controversial issue of  ‘Climate Change’.  The topic is Climate change – is it too late to stop Armageddon?. \nThe evening will be hosted this year by CPDC Member the Energy Institute. \nThe evening will commence at 1900 hours with a finger buffet\, before the lecture commences. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions after the Lecture. It is expected the evening will conclude by 2100 hours. \nIt is hoped that the Provost of Inverness or her Depute will also be in attendance for the evening\, as will Ms Louise Kingham\, the Chief Executive of the Energy Institute from London. \nAs always\, while this lecture is open to the public and is free to attend\, booking is required:- https://www.energyinst.org/whats-on/search/events-and-training?meta_eventId=1911AHI
