They do this by publishing safety information based on the reports they receive and information in the public domain. You can find out more about CROSS here: www.cross-safety.org. \nThis presentation from CROSS will help you learn more about their work\, including the latest safety issues on their horizon. Keeping up to date with CROSS is important CPD for anyone with an interest in\, or responsibility for\, fire safety or structural safety. \n  \nAlastair Soane is a founding member of CROSS where he is now a Consultant and member of the CROSS Technical Board. Alastair is responsible for introducing CROSS in Australasia\, and the USA. He was previously CEO of a consulting firm he has extensive experience on major building and structural projects in the UK and internationally. Winner of a Sir Arnold Walters Medal\, a Lewis Kent Award and a President’s Award from the Institution of Structural Engineers. Author of numerous publications and visiting professor of Civil Engineering at the University of Liverpool.
